RMS International is a product & packaging design studio for B2B sales. As an intern, I was responsible for:

    ∆  Fulfilling packaging & product orders.

    ∆  Product & packaging design for B2B toy manufacturing.

    ∆  Creating style guides & presentations for the sales team.

    ∆  Fabrication of packaging for the showroom.

This Makerspace and fabrication lab had a laser-cutting machine, 3D printers, a wood shop, electronics, and more. Business came primarily from classes and programming, commission work, and event hosting. My responsibilities in this role included:

    ∆  Curriculum & project development.

    ∆  Teaching up to 7 days a week.

    ∆  Creating style guides & presentations for the sales team.

    ∆ Management & communication with our staff of instructors     as well as keeping fabrication needs organized & fulfilled.

    ∆ Corresponding with parents & coordinating final gallery         shows at the end of each program session.

    ∆ Interviewing & selecting new instructors to join the team.

    ∆ Overseeing interns.

    ∆ Product development.

    ∆ Event planning, execution & hosting.
