Retailer-facing Instructional Material

Intended for retail staff and tradesheow teams, these sets of instructions focus on display set up—ensuring products are presented properly in a retail or tradesheow environment. These instructional sets prioritize clarity, efficiency, and accuracy. The tone is direct and utilitarian, with graphics that clearly communicate logistics such as folding, stacking, product placement and more.

User-facing Instructional Material

These user-facing instructions were thoughtfully built into the product packaging to clearly and intuitively show how to open the pop-up products. I blended the brand’s handcrafted aesthetic with crisp vector graphics to balance artistic expression with visual clarity. For the user-facing instructions, my goal was to enhance the user experience by making the product feel approachable, premium, and thoughtfully designed.

These instructions were designed not just for visual and communicative clarity, but also to serve a structural function by protecting the product during shipping. I worked closely with the product engineers to define the required shape, then used those specifications to create illustrations that met both structural requirements and user experience goals.
